You can find a set of questions for each phase of the Time to R.E.F.L.E.C.T sticker in my blog Powerful Questions for Self-reflection These powerful questions will help you gain in-depth insight on your performance this year that enables you to adjust your action plan for the 2nd half of 2019 to ensure you achieve your personal and professional goals.

Reflection  --->  AWARENESS  ---> CHOICES  --->  RESPONSIBILITY

With self-awareness comes the power of choice, and with that power comes responsibility. Indeed, the responsibility to choose to:

-      direct your attention to your goals,

-      regulate your emotions to be able to have a thoughtful response,

-      let go of behaviors and habits that dont serve you anymore, and to develop the ones that bring you closer to your goals,

-      shift your mindset and stay curious about what you are meant to learn from work and life circumstances presented to you,

-      be thankful for people and circumstances that contributed to your personal and professional journey.

By intentionally regulating your thoughts, emotions and behaviors, you are creating new neuron pathways in your brain, weakening and replacing old ways of thinking, feeling and doing that dont serve you anymore, with new ones that bring you closer to your goals.

Practicing regularly self-reflection, self-awareness and self-regulation can transform your career, yourself and your life at large.  If you are self-aware, but you are unable to self-regulate, reach out to a certified coach who can help you with evidence-based tools and techniques to practice and ultimately master.
